Innovation Scouting

Innovation scouting is the systematic search for new ideas, technologies, and trends. With cutting-edge technologies regularly appearing in industrial and academic environments, businesses must be prepared to evolve their offerings and strategies. Staying informed about trends and identifying innovations that could disrupt the market allows companies to strengthen their growth, flexibility and enhance their product range therefore their competitiveness.

Since 2023 as part of the Biopôle Corporate Partnership program, I am responsible for the search and evaluation of innovative early-stage technologies across Switzerland and beyond, focusing on opportunities relevant to Biopôle’s corporate partners in Medtech, Biotech and Pharma. I scouted and assessed early-stage startups for their potential in strategic business collaborations and prepared tailored presentations for the leadership teams of each corporate partner.

Since 2025, I have been leading a team of three direct reports as part of the Biopôle Postgraduate Consulting Group.
